Key Responsibilities
Build new customer support channels to enhance efficiency and

Develop automation tools to assist customers and agents in
resolving common issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product gaps
and create a CX roadmap
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in scaling customer experience in
fast-growing companies
Strong commitment to understanding and advocating for customer
needs
Proficient in data analysis and defining clear goals
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
