Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support to lead
their Customer Support team and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of support professionals to improve customer
satisfaction and response times
Drive operational improvements and implement new processes for a
high-performing support team
Represent the voice of customers in cross-functional discussions
and build a Voice of the Customer program
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading a support team in a high-volume
environment
3+ years managing second line level people managers/leaders
Proven track record of developing customer relationships and
resolving escalations
Experience building a tiered support structure and achieving
SLAs
Ability to navigate fast-paced and evolving environments
effectively
