Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and
motivate engineering teams in building scalable products and
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers while fostering
professional growth
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of
projects
Cultivate a diverse and inclusive team culture while managing
day-to-day activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field preferred
4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles
Expert in Python with familiarity in ML-related tools and
libraries
1+ year of experience in a management position
Experience working with Data Scientists and in ML or AI-oriented
teams
