A company is looking for a Director & Solution Lead - ESG
Strategy & Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the expansion and refinement of ESG Strategy & Program service
offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands
Act as a senior leader on client engagements, advising on the
integration of ESG strategy with sustainability priorities
Drive profitable growth and operational excellence within the ESG
Strategy & Program Management solution group
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
15+ years of experience in ESG Strategy development, with at least
7 years in a consulting environment
Master's degree or other advanced degrees (e.g., LLM in
Environmental Law, MBA, Master's in Sustainability)
Proven experience leading and managing consulting operations with
financial acumen
Deep expertise in ESG Strategy and familiarity with performance and
reporting standards
Experience advising board members and C-suite executives on complex
legal and strategic issues
