Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Direct I/O to
lead a media planning and activation team across traditional and
digital direct publisher media.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning of ongoing, seasonal, and ad hoc campaigns across
direct partner media
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, marketing
objectives, and KPIs
Oversee the RFP process and negotiate program inclusions, rates,
and terms with partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of directly related experience with 2+ years in
management
Expert knowledge of the digital media landscape, including display
and video
Strong experience in planning large-scale publisher direct
programs
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under
tight deadlines
Experience in training and developing team members
