Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Relations Manager to
assist in implementing and supporting the regulatory compliance
program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lobbyists in various states and monitor pending
legislation
Research and track legislation and regulatory actions to inform
internal stakeholders
Represent the company's interests in government meetings and
advocate for responsible regulation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field
4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, law, government, or
public policy
Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the financial services
and cryptocurrency industries
Understanding of Federal and State legislative processes,
preferably in the Digital Asset Industry
Ability to analyze and interpret legislation and legal
documents
