Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to
work full-time and remotely from anywhere within the United
States.
Key Responsibilities
Accept patient handoffs from Intake Care Managers and continue care
effectively
Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and
triggers to enhance relapse prevention
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, preparing necessary
documentation and ensuring confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral
health discipline from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Suite applications
Strong data entry experience
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
