Key Responsibilities
Lead high-profile client escalations and manage sensitive client
service issues
Support project management and data analysis to drive adherence to
standardized reporting processes
Influence stakeholders by advocating for changes to service
delivery and tracking implemented changes
Required Qualifications
Experience in medical billing or US healthcare, or ability to
quickly learn foundational concepts
Strong desire to learn and embrace a problem-solving approach
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
