Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3+ years in community management, with at least 2 years in a senior
role within crypto or tech startups
Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3
ecosystems
Proven experience in developing and executing community strategies
with measurable success
Strong team management abilities and experience working
cross-functionally
Expertise in community analytics and social media metrics
