Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ops Assistant Manager to lead a team
of remote support representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
to support agent development
Monitor team metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
6+ months of leadership experience as a team lead or supervisor
Familiarity with call center operations and metrics
Experience with CRM systems and tools
