Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager-
Federal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a power user of the Dragos Platform to assist customers in
achieving success with their ICS security efforts
Build strong relationships with federal customers and address their
technical requests
Engage with internal teams and track key account metrics to
communicate progress
Required Qualifications
Top Secret (TS) clearance required
Experience with Federal agencies across defense, intelligence, and
research labs
4+ years in enterprise cybersecurity, as a SOC analyst or
cybersecurity engineer
Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational
Technology (OT) environments
Understanding of SOC/SIEM workflows and cybersecurity concepts
