LTSS.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees the development and improvement of long-term care
management processes
Provides vision and direction to achieve departmental goals and
ensures compliance with standards
Engages in hiring, training, and coaching of long-term care
management team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of related experience, including prior management
experience
Experience in long-term care management policies and standards
Ability to analyze data and identify trends for performance
improvement
Experience in overseeing compliance with state and federal
regulations
