Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Director, Clinical Services to
lead system-wide clinical initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and lead process improvement initiatives for Environment of
Care, Infection Control, Medication Management, and Patient Safety
across 600 physician practices
Drive quality improvements and oversee strategic clinical services
initiatives in collaboration with the Practice Transformation
Council
Communicate projected outcomes and accountabilities effectively
across all levels of leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current RN License in the state of practice or covered by
compact
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
(required)
Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
(preferred)
2 years of leadership or management experience (required)
7 years of clinical care experience in the healthcare industry
(required)
