Job Description:

A company is looking for an EMR Integrations Manager to oversee technical setups and provide expert support for client integrations.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of integrating solutions into healthcare organizations' EMR systems
Manage multiple concurrent technical deployments, including integrations and workflow project planning
Continuously improve integration methodologies and collaborate with engineering and product teams on new solutions


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in integrations, technical project management, or solutions engineering in a B2B healthcare software company
2+ years of experience working with Epic in an integrations-centered role or integrating external solutions into Epic via Smart on FHIR
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a healthcare environment
Ability to manage ambiguous situations and solve problems using first-principles thinking
Proven track record of executing ideas from inception to successful outcomes
