A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Team Lead to
manage a help desk team supporting callers with unexpected medical
bills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage shift scheduling and real-time monitoring of help desk
calls
Coach staff on best practices, HIPAA guidelines, and escalation
needs
Act as a point of escalation for help desk calls regarding
unexpected medical bills
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting a help desk or call center in a healthcare
environment
Experience supervising a team of customer service specialists or
help desk analysts
Technical expertise in managing day-to-day contact center calls
Knowledge of service level agreements for help desks
