Location: Monroe, LA--
Fid-- is currently seeking an RN with Telemetry experience for a
13-week contract in Monroe, LA----
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+
years of Telemetry in a hospital setting experience.--
Unit: 22 bed Telemetry Unit .Designated Stroke and Covid unit too.
Will be utilized in other departments; such as, med-surg, surgical,
over flow, etc as needed.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:--
Current LA RN License - compact allowed--
Current AHA BLS
Current AHA ACLS ----
Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months--
Drivers License--
EMR Experience--(Include years of experience, and systems used)
Final RTO no more than seven days--
Resume with no gaps--
Two Supervisory References from the past two years of
employment--
Hours Per Week: 36--
Shift: Nights 1
Weekend Requirements: TBD

Travel Hourly Pay: $21.00
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2002.00
Local Hourly Pay: $42.00
Local Weekly Package: $1512.00
