A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide account support for adjudication, clinical review, and
claims-related matters
Ensure timely completion of processes and manage claims override
and prior authorization support
Act as a subject matter expert on the adjudication platform and
collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience
Minimum 2 years of claim adjudication experience
Minimum 2 years of prior authorization experience
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
