- Job Details
- Rapides Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Candidates must have 1 year pediatric ICU nursing experience.
  - Job Requirements
  - ACLS
  - BLS
  - PALS
    - Schedule Information
    - Rotating weekends.
    - May work mixed schedule of days/nights/weekends to fill scheduling holes as needed.
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Unit is the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
      - Floating Area may include NICU and Nursery.
        
        Additional Details
        
        Unit has 6 beds.
        
        Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 charge nurse & 1 RN/LPN; Night Shift - 1 charge nurse & 1 RN/LPN.
        
        Patient Ratios - 1:1-2.
        
        Equipment includes Alaris IV pump, Bair hugger, Kangaroo Feeding Pump, Giraffe infant warmer, Ventilators, BiPap, High Flow O2.
        
        EMR - Meditech/Pyxis.
