- PEDIATRIC Nurse with current PALS/ACLS certifications
  - Job Requirements
  - Nursys license required within 30 days of start
  - Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start
  - Unit specific skills checklist required within one year prior to start date; updated annually
  - FMOLHS Competency Exam required with passing score of 80% or higher within one year prior to start
  - FMOLHS Core Competencies required with passing score of 80% or higher; renewed annually
  - As required per specialty/Unit & Facility
