We utilize patient care techs at all times, the amount and ratio fluctuates depending on census. Type of equipment : Telemetry for each room with monitors in the stations, Dynamaps for vital signs, glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scanner Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements: 12 hour shifts (7-7), every other weekend, holidays required as well. Floating policy: All nurses float to other units as needed.
