Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Nights, 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: To be discussed
Experience: Minimum of one year recent nursing experience preferred
License: Current RN License required Certifications: Current BLS
and ACLS certifications required Must-Have: - One year of recent
nursing experience - Current RN License - Current BLS and ACLS
certifications Job Description: - Assume responsibility and
accountability for assessing patient and family health problems and
resources. - Take a leadership role in planning, implementing, and
evaluating the nursing care plan as provided by the nursing team. -
Provide technical nursing care and interventions to a designated
patient population. - Deliver services to medical and surgical
patients, ages eighteen and above, in a manner that demonstrates
understanding of the functional/developmental age of those served.
- Participate actively in fulfilling the mission and aligning with
the core values and strategic goals of the healthcare facility. -
Support the strategic plan and performance improvement initiatives
of the healthcare facility. This job is a full-time position and
