Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to ensure
customer technical configurations align with their success
plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the technical relationship with 5-10 strategic customers in
partnership with Customer Success Managers
Document and present critical processes and workflows to customers
for regular review
Guide customers by understanding their goals and suggesting
necessary process changes and product configurations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer-facing role
High aptitude for learning and mastering technical subjects
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical
audiences
Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with customers
effectively
