Job Description:
A company is looking for a Red Team Penetration Tester -
Technical Lead (Hybrid or Remote Work Schedule).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct penetration testing and Red Team assessments to identify
risks within the organization's defenses
Develop custom exploits and tools while collaborating with
defensive analysts to enhance security measures
Lead engagements from kickoff through remediation, providing
guidance on vulnerability remediation and mentoring team
members
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant experience in penetration testing and
offensive security assessments
One or more technical certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or
similar
Experience with an Object Oriented language (C/C++, C#, Go, etc.)
and a scripting language (Python, PowerShell, BASH, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud technologies related to offensive security
testing
Advanced usage of Cobalt Strike or similar C2 framework
