Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Financial
Institution Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical strategy and roadmap with financial institutions and
fintechs, identifying key areas for improvement
Document and communicate technical updates to ensure accurate
planning and resource allocation
Establish and maintain relationships with multiple levels of
technical stakeholders at financial institutions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused
role
Experience managing external relationships and executing technical
strategies
Deep understanding of APIs, databases, and system
infrastructures
Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and ability to
guide customers through complex issues
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence processes to
meet goals
