JOB TITLE: End User Technical Support Analyst The scope of the proposed services will include the following: --- Responsible for computer equipment handling and transport. Requires familiarity with driving a mid-sized box truck, cargo vans, and navigating loading docks. --- Responsible for decommissioning and sanitization of end user's devices at the end of term. --- Responsible for basic field support including desktop reimaging and deployment of new end user devices with Windows 10 operating systems. --- Responsible for basic field support hardware and software device support including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, applying prebuilt image packages. --- Customer Service Skills --- Troubleshooting skills with basic hardware and software components --- Selected Contract must complete Driver Safety Trainer Required --- Must be able to obtain driver authorization
