Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney -
Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel on privacy matters and compliance with federal and
state privacy laws
Review and negotiate data supplier agreements and draft
compliance-related addenda
Ensure compliant handling of personal information across the
business
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of five
years of legal practice experience
Active license to practice law in at least one state
Experience in drafting and negotiating data-related contracts in
compliance with privacy laws
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification
Experience with insurance laws and regulations is preferred
