A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to
develop and maintain positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer support calls, emails, and web chats to resolve
issues
Utilize CRM for managing customer communication and documenting
case resolutions
Assist with client implementation and coordinate with various
teams
Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and discretion
Proven success in maintaining customer relationships
Experience analyzing data and creating reports
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
preferred
Experience in training staff preferred
