PMO Program Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a PMO Program Specialist to manage relationships with enterprise clients and support their contingent workforce objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and independent contractors throughout the engagement process
Manage escalations and provide program education, ensuring timely processing of SOWs and payments
Proactively identify service delivery issues and drive process improvements while maintaining project records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Demonstrated proficiency in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
Procurement, technical, or business-related experience preferred
Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internet-based tools
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
