Data Scientist - R Development

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Scientist - Researcher with expertise in R development and experience with OMOP and OHDSI toolkits.

Key Responsibilities

Support Real World Data projects utilizing R development and OMOP CDM
Contribute to life sciences research or clinical domain projects
Work with Data Warehousing technologies and handle Python, Spark/PySpark, ETL, and streaming data

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in R development and OMOP CDM, OHDSI tools
Experience with OHDSI tools such as ATLAS, Achilles, or HADES
Experience in Real World Data projects is a plus
Familiarity with Data Warehousing (Snowflake, AWS Glue, Bedrock, Azure Datalake) is preferred
Experience with Python, Spark/PySpark, ETL, and streaming data is a plus
