Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Provider Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming healthcare contact center calls from providers and
route appropriately
Gather and verify demographic information while documenting calls
using standard software
Identify immediate caller needs and escalate crisis calls according
to procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be located in Ohio
2+ years of customer service experience
Medicaid experience
1+ year of Managed Care or provider billing experience
No time off within the first 90 days of training
