Job Description:
A company is looking for an Animal Care Advocate to support pet
parents in a remote customer care role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product and service information while resolving customer
issues
Manage inquiries from pet insurance customers via calls and
chat
Process claims, payments, and maintain customer records through
data entry
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new
technology
High school diploma required
Commitment to customer service and teamwork
Bonus: Current property and casualty license
