Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to oversee
pivotal processes that support operational excellence and
innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and administer the department's procurement standards in
collaboration with various teams
Own and enhance the vendor outreach program, establishing effective
tracking and communication standards
Develop a programmatic approach for third-party data integrations
and maintain operational excellence metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational
frameworks
Strong experience collaborating across departments such as
marketing, finance, legal, and procurement
Experience in vendor relations and data integration initiatives is
preferred
Proficiency in building and analyzing data points utilizing
spreadsheets, particularly Google Sheets
