Design and implement performance management and employee engagement
programs
Manage hiring plans and oversee the total rewards/employee benefits
program
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional experience in a startup or growth stage
business
Experience building a people organization for rapid growth
Strategic acumen with a focus on driving business value through
People functions
Ability to independently develop and execute work plans for
ambiguous problems
High energy and adaptability to engage with diverse functional
areas
