Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering training programs and workshops for new
raters
Support the creation and maintenance of training materials
Collect and organize performance data to support reporting and
program analysis
Required Qualifications
At least six months of experience as a rater within the Arandee
Project
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related
field
Basic proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or
Slack
