Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Center Representative I
to provide quality service to bank customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls
regarding various banking inquiries
Perform account maintenance and match products to customer
needs
Navigate a computerized system to resolve customer issues and
adhere to banking regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center experience preferred
Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Able to work weekend hours on a rotating basis
Fluent Spanish language skills may be required as identified
