Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Advocate who is
passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and
resolving client inquiries in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via
email and phone
Provide real-time updates, solutions, and status tracking to ensure
timely resolution
Document and categorize client inquiries in the system using
appropriate task codes
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience in client services, preferably in
title or real estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; experience with
tracking and CRM systems a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and act as a positive
representative of the company
