Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Filing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit provider, course, and instructor filings in
accordance with state requirements
Utilize multiple systems to track filings and ensure accuracy
Research regulatory requirements and communicate professionally
with departments and agencies
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Regulatory, Law, Political Science, Business
Administration, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in reading regulations and related industry
experience
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Windows and Excel
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
deadlines
Experience in regulatory filing and reporting
