A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative - Mixed Desk.

Key Responsibilities

Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
Manage a caseload of loss time claims from various jurisdictions
Negotiate and direct settlements under management's review

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience in workers' compensation claims
Bachelor's degree required
Active adjuster license(s) required
Experience handling lost time or litigated claims
Familiarity with medical terminology
