Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide
technical support and solutions to customers in the Engineering,
Natural Resources, and Infrastructure community.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to support requests through various channels and document
interactions in a case management system
Participate in product BETA programs and product testing events,
while managing personal backlog of support requests
Research and document product defects, and influence product
management for improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in the ENI industry
Proficiency or familiarity with Client Civil 3D software in a
production environment
Experience in customer support and troubleshooting
