INSURANCE DEFENSE - CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEYNew Orleans / Baton RougeSeeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in NOLA and Baton Rouge, a minimum 2-5 years of Insurance Defense experience with a focus in Construction Litigation for a premier full-service law firm, well-established and known for providing high quality litigation across Louisiana. With multiple offices expanding, we are needing the ideal candidate to have familiarity working with general contractors/subcontractors in Building, Employment Litigation, Contract Review, Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment; Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense. -Duties and Responsibilities: - -

• Investigate, evaluate, settle construction-related loss claims
• Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research
• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motion
