Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business development and service delivery of data consulting
services to clients
Lead client relationship management and ensure high customer
satisfaction
Oversee project management, ensuring alignment with strategy,
budget, and timelines
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Defined Contribution benefit consulting
or client management
3+ years of business development experience
3+ years focused on program/project management
Strong understanding of Defined Contribution plan benefits and
record keeping administration
Proven relationship management skills, including negotiation and
consultative approach
