Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end-users across
the organization
Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Azure
AD, and other Microsoft tools
Assist with the administration of cloud platforms, including
Microsoft Azure and AWS services
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory,
Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows Server
Experience supporting cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure
and AWS
Expertise in user support across a hybrid environment (on-site and
remote)
Familiarity with IT service management tools such as FreshService
or Jira Service Management
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
