Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Insurance Premier Sales
Executive in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and retain profitable business by developing broker
partnerships and driving proposal activity
Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and negotiate pricing with
internal teams and brokers
Coordinate broker meetings and events to promote Group Insurance
products and services
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success in selling employee benefit solutions to
various client sizes
Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
Self-motivated with the ability to grow business and maintain
relationships
Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain
within 30 days of hire
Experience in partnering with internal business partners and
consultants
