Job Details
Job Summary: Medical Technician position at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Schedule: 8 on and 6 off Evening Shift from 1400-2230, Monday-Friday with every other weekend.
Job Requirements
Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start.
Must have one of the following certifications: FMOLHS ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted for MMR.
Must complete Fit Test for N95 mask types within 1 year prior to start, updated annually.
Proof of 3 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted for Hepatitis B.
Proof of vaccination required for Influenza from October - March, with exemptions accepted.
Proof of negative Blood test or Skin test for TB as described, within specified time frames.
Health Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating traveler is able to work without restrictions.
Proof of 2 immunizations, positive titer or Declination accepted for Varicella.
Proof of vaccination within past 10 years or Declination accepted for Tdap.
Annual TB Questionnaire required within 6 months of start.
Schedule Information
