Fide` is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social
Worker for a travel job in Alexandria, Louisiana.Job Description &
Requirements
Travel/Local Rates Available
Rotating Weekends, Sat & Sun, 8-4:30. NO CALL required
Unit Information: Patient Ratios - 1:40 M-F. Type of equipment -
Laptops, cell phones. EMR - MediTech; Midas. List typical
procedures performed on unit(s): Interviewing patients/families
face-to-face. MDRs on each unit, every day. InterQual reviews on
every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning. May
float to entire Hospital, including W&CH and ED.
Minimum Requirements:
Current 1 year of current Social Worker and Case Management
experience
Current LA Social Worker License (LMSW)
Must have Midas/InterQual use experience
Drivers License
Three Supervisory References from the past two years of
employment
