A company is looking for a Payroll Customer Experience
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for customer payroll inquiries, ensuring
efficient resolution
Resolve complex issues related to TAX filings, reconciliations, and
legislative guidance
Conduct troubleshooting and escalate complex cases while
maintaining clear communication with customers
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in US payroll and benefits across multiple
states
Experience in providing payroll and product support
Ability to run payrolls and identify anomalies
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with SaaS technology and experience with global teams
is a plus
