Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Associate to design,
build, and operate processes to support their psychiatry team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and act as a
liaison between clients and providers
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure necessary information is
available for psychiatric care
Identify and implement improvements to workflows and processes in
collaboration with cross-functional partners
Required Qualifications
Experience in an operations or support role, preferably in a tech
or healthcare setting
Experience working in a mental health service delivery
Strong business analytical skills, with technical expertise in
Excel and/or Google Sheets
Adaptable and skilled at maintaining focus in a rapidly changing
environment
Experience working on cross-functional projects and creating
professional communications
