Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design Associate to join their
Brand and Performance team within the Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
Create strategic and visually impactful designs across digital and
print channels
Collaborate with team members to deliver creative solutions that
drive results
Support the team by resizing and reformatting materials as
needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
3+ years of digital and web design experience
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Portfolio showcasing design solutions for web, email, and social
media
Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare or tech is a
plus
