Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product Development LPS
(x-f-m).
Key Responsibilities
Define the global product development roadmap in collaboration with
Product Management
Develop technical capabilities and ensure alignment with business
goals and product roadmaps
Oversee the stage-gate process for new innovations and implement
competitive technologies
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering or Natural Science; PhD is
advantageous
Leading edge technical know-how in Life Sciences
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple departments and
teams
Proven ability to structure a global product development team
Fluent in English; German is a plus
