Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time accounts payable
contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process vendor bills and credits, ensuring proper
approvals and verification of expenses
Allocate expenses accurately by distinguishing GL codes and
maintaining consistency in transaction recording
Set up new vendors in financial systems and maintain vendor aging
reports while resolving discrepancies
Qualifications
3-5 years of accounts payables work experience required
Strong knowledge of AP processes and policies
Experience in NetSuite and QuickBooks required
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and
advanced lookups strongly desired
Self-motivated to effectively use accounting software to improve
accounts payables processes
